Look who has a friend!

Anabelle has been carrying this baby around with her lately. It is the sweetest thing because I will say, Anabelle where is your baby?" Then, she will go and get it (if it is in sight). She likes to drag it around and hold it! Sometimes she even gives it cuddles! It is so cute!

VBS

Aidan and Lily both went to Vacation Bible School this year! They had a great time and really enjoyed the week. I was so proud of Tinker....she did so good. I remember Aidan having a really hard time when he was 3! That's my Tinker though! She can do anything and is fearless! I think they really liked it. They both keep talking about it and singing songs they learned so I would say it was a big success!

Look who is walking!

Anabelle is officially walking. That is, she does more walking now than crawling. She looks so cute and kinda walks like Frankenstein. What is so funny is all 3 of our kids basically walked around the same time 14 to 15 months. She just turned 15 months and there is no stopping her now! It is so funny to watch her walk because she is just so little! Look who is a big girl now!

Aidan and Lily think it is amazing that she can walk. We were out somewhere and I her Aidan tell another mom, "Hey, my baby can walk too."

Snuggle Bug

This baby is such a snuggler! So cute!

~Meet Me at the Muny~

Beth, Ella and Sam came up and went to the Muny! This was our first time taking the kids and it was sooo much fun! Matt went with us and Belle stayed with grandma...good thing because we each had a child on our lap the entire time! It was hot but not too hot! We saw The Little Mermaid and I must say the kids LOVED it! After each song the crowd would clap and then Aidan would lean over and say,"Is it over mom?" I would say, "No buddy. You just clap after they sing." Midway through the performance Lily leaned over and said, The Muny is awesome mommy." Oh, it just melted my heart! They were so in awe of the show. It was a really fun thing to do as a family and we are already looking forward to next year!

~Swimming in the neighbor's pool~

We are so lucky that are neighbor's let us swim in their pool whenever we want. It has definitely become a favorite past time this summer. Now that it is so hot we find ourselves over there every day! Anabelle Devaney has gotten to enjoy it a few times!

Daddy holds Belle close!

Oh...look at this cute baby swim!

Safety Town Graduation

Aidan did a Safety Town program this summer wear they teach kids pedestrian safety, bus safety, stranger danger, etc....It was two weeks long and then on the last day they had a graduation. All week long there was a mock town set up with traffic lights, etc. They rode jeeps and tricycles around the town practicing what they learn. It was really cute and I think a great program for only 37.00!

Aidan specifically asked me to wear the "yellow dress" to the graduation. He loves this dress for some reason! It was sooo cute!

Aidan and his counselor Caleb! He really liked him!
Standing proud at his graduation!

Baseball is over!

The T-ball season ended with a bang! Aidan did so awesome it was a perfect way to end the season. He got 2 big hits...I mean he nailed them-1 even made it to the outfield. Then he got to play first base where he made one really big catch! He was so proud!!! We were proud too! All in all I would say this boy loves baseball! We just signed him up for soccer! Here we go again!

Celebrating July 4th at our house!

The Miller's came over on the 4th of July to hang out! We BBQ and swam in the neighbor's pool...oh what fun! Mark brought ribs over...they were so good! Kelly and I had some laughs and some beers....The kids had a blast and it was a great day to hang out with some friends!

Look at that cute face!

The kids covered their ears every time Matt or Mark shot off a firework.

4th of July!

We spent 4th of July at Nana and Pa Pa's. The kids had a blast. Mom and Dad had a party and the kids played a ton! We bought fireworks, shot them off, went swimming, got on the slip-n-slide, had ice cream cake and stayed up until midnight!

Ella and Aidan were excited to shoot off fireworks at Nana and Pa Pa's.

Sam and Lily enjoyed watching the fireworks together.
The kids loved watching the fireworks.
Tinker had fun on the slip and slide.

Aidan enjoyed the slip and slide too.
Look at those beautiful blue eyes.
Tinker pushed Belle around on this little truck....Belle would just laugh and laugh.
Anabelle got a big kick out of the washer game. She liked to put them in the holes and then get them back out.
Anabelle loved her little pool. It was the perfect size for her.

Anabelle Devaney looks so cute in her bikini. She is taking several steps and standing very easily! She will be running around here before we know it.
The sisters in their polka dot bikinis.

Dollar Tree Prizes

Aidan got a plane from the dollar store.

Lily got some long hair like Rapunzel in Tangled.

Beating the heat!

This is what we do on a daily basis to beat the heat! Swimming in the pool and playing in the water table is a daily occurrence at our house! Yesterday I took the kids in Rich's pool for the 1st time this summer. They were so excited! These 2 love to swim and be in the water. I always joke that they are like fish.....Anabelle seems to be following right along! (Oh-and in the top picture of Anabelle you can see her teeth-4 on the top and 2 on the bottom! They all came in about a week or so ago.)

~Safety Town~

Aidan is going to Safety Town for two weeks. I wasn't really sure what it was when I signed him up but had heard good things about the program and new it was about teaching kids how to be safe so I went ahead and signed him up! It is pretty neat....they set up a miniature town-with streets and stop lights. The kids learn all sorts of tips about pedestrian safety and how a town works . They ride little jeeps and tricycles around the town. The class is taught by a police officer and then there are high school counselors to help out as well. It is pretty cute! Yesterday, they took a field trip on a bus (bus safety) and then went and played at the park! All in all, I think he is enjoying himself! It's so nice that is worked out so well!

Enjoying a day off!

Matt was off on Monday so we headed to Swing-Around-Fun-Town! It was pretty fun....the kids were already asking when we could go back as soon as we left. After that, we headed to Red Robin and ate some dinner. It was a great way to enjoy Matt's day off!

Aidan and Lily had fun play put-put golf! It was the first time they have ever played! Lily got a hole in one! I couldn't believe it! They were drenched from the bumper boats so drying off with a little golf seemed like the perfect idea.

The bumper boats were a big hit! The kids thought it was hilarious when they would get squirted! I think daddy had as much fun as the kids!
This was also a big hit! The kids both loved driving the race cars. Lily had a little trouble steering at first but she got the hang of it pretty quick! I think they could drive these cars all day long.
