Tired Baby!

This is what happens when Anabelle Devaney is tired! She always has her arms behind her head...it is like her signature pose!

~July 27th~

Anabelle Devaney took 3 and 4 steps today! No pics because I had the video camera out! I just can't believe it!

Cute Bum!

I could easily find Belle at Creation Station. Nana got her these adorable bloomers for her 1st birthday....I mean....how cute are they?
Anabelle even got to have some fun at creation Station....she got down and played!

~Museum of Transportation~

Sooo cute...three friends wait patiently for a train ride!

A pirate adventure...

We met the Miller's at the Museum of Transportation and had a great day! The water was beautiful and the kids were great! We stayed for 4 hours! We went to Creation Station where the kids dresses up like Pirates, did an art project and played with all sorts of things. Then we had a picnic lunch and rode the train. After looking at the real trains for a while we decided on 1 more train ride before heading home! I must say I so proud of Kelly and myself. We each have 3 kids and our play dates have been sooo great! The twins and Belle have been so cooperative and we have just had a really great summer playing with our best buddy-Caleb!

~Father's Day~

Aidan made Matt a necklace with a pattern. he worked very hard on it and was very proud of it!

Rocket balloons were a huge success! I see us buying more of these in the future!

The kids had a blast with the balloons. They spent the afternoon launching and chasing the balloons!

Anabelle Devaney LOVES her water table!

We waited until Belle was almost able to walk before we put together her water table. She loves to stand there and splash! She really likes to scoop the water out and dump it on the ground. The other 2 enjoyed the new table as well!

We spent Father's Day watching the Cardinals game, enjoying some great food and BBQ, and playing outside (swimming of course!) It was a great day!

We had a great time at Tristen's birthday party! Aidan and Lily had a blast playing soccer and plying on the slides. Anabelle didn't like the slide so much but we had a great time with our cousin!

Swim Lesson Success!

Aidan was so proud that he learned to swim under water. He really enjoyed swim lessons! I must admit I was pretty proud of him too!

We enjoyed swim lessons and will definitely be doing them next year. The class sizes were small and the kids had fun!

Lily's new work!

Lily has been working all summer on how to write her name! We were so pleased we had to hang up her work! Way to go Tinker!

A Very Fun Day!

These 3 had a blast in the sprinkler...too bad their mom's forgot their swimsuits!

After Swim lessons today we met Kelly, Caleb and the twins at the park for a picnic lunch and to play! It was a great day...the weather was beautiful and the kids were great! We managed to keep everyone happy! The kids ate, played on the playground and then headed to the sprinkler. We ended with a walk around the pond! The kids stripped down and rode home without any clothes on! Kelly and I were laughing hysterically! What a day! The day ended with goodbyes and I love yous! So funny to see the kids enjoy a day like today! It is now 7:00 and they are all asleep!

Pretty girl!

I just bought Belle this polka dot sleeper! Sooo cute! She is getting so big and she has 3 teeth coming through on the top! That will give us a total of 6! I could just look at the sweet face all day long! Anabelle is also almost officially done with formula. She is almost all the way on whole milk! By the end of the week I think we will be done! I can't believe how big my baby is now!

Go Anabelle!

Anabelle Devaney is slowly but surely trying to get the hang of walking! We laugh because she will never learn to walk since she is always in my arms! That girlie wants to be held all the time that she is off with her mama everyday!

Like her brother and sister...Anabelle had found a love for donuts! She gets them in her hair and those long eyelashes!
So messy but oh so cute!

What I love About Summer!

1. No schedule...we can fly by the seat of our pants.
2. Naps with my baby. I love falling asleep while holding her and enjoying a nice long nap on the couch! Naps with the kids too!
3. Swimming-My kids love the pool and they have 3 swimsuits each because we are in it every day!
4. Our Summer Fun List---this is where we get to do so many fun things!!!! (Chuckie Cheese and swim lessons are already checked off....today we are making bird feeders!)
5. Playing outside...I can take the heat pretty well so we are outside all the time. Some days by 7 am!
6. Time to do things...my weekend is not consumed with grocery shopping and Target. I can do that during the week which leaves more time to play on the weekend!
7. Drinks with my hubby!
8. Not having to work...of course. I am never going back (ha!)
9. The Cardinals...Matt and I love to watch a good game on TV and hopefully we can make it too a few this summer!
10. Just being with MY KIDS! Getting to see my family more and hanging out!

This is my attempt of trying to capture Anabelle standing on her own. She just laughs when she sees me and the camera and then falls down! She's got her hands raised because I am yelling, "Anabelle Devany is sooo big!" It cracks me up!

Swim Lessons!

We started swim lessons this week. This kids were super excited! It was perfect timing because it is so hot out! They both get in the water by themselves....this is the first year that Tinker has gotten in without me or Matt. They did great! Lily is a fish a just hops around...she couldn't be happier. She LOVES it! Aidan's class is a little more about actually learning to swim...so he is having to put his head under water a lot. I am just proud of him for trying. After the first day I thought to myself...he is not going to like this. But, slowly but surely he is doing great. It is a nice chance for them to get to go to Aquaport and have some fun in the water. Belle and I just sit in the side and cheer them on!

Lily and Brookelyn almost have matching swimsuits!

Tinker and Brookelyn played in the pool for hours....they played so good together on Saturday!We hung out with the Daley's and enjoyed some good food and some drinks! It was a great day and I think Brookelyn had a great birthday!
