~Still Waters Resort~ Vacation.2012

We just got back from vacation about a week ago. We have been so busy that I haven't had a chance to even update the blog! First....let me say this is the best vacation that we have ever had as a family! IT was awesome. We went with our friends the Worley's! We stayed in a condo that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a deck. We would go out during the day and have fun and then at night we would put the kids to bed, sit outside on the deck and have drinks! It was awesome! We never left the resort (except for when we rented a Speedboat for the day!!!!)...there was so much for the kids to do!  Matt and I had as much fun as the kids!

SWIMMING
Matt and Aidan had matching swim trunks! Aidan was thrilled!
So DARN cute! this little life jacket came in handy! It was perfect! We have used it so much this summer!!!

We went swimming every day. There were three pools and a water slide for the kids! Anabelle would just piddle around the pools...sometimes she would get in and other times her and Trevor would just play on the side with buckets and shovels. Aidan and Lily were in heaven....they love the water and couldn't get enough!

                                                                       FISHING
This was Anabelle Devaney's first time fishing!!!!
Lily loved playing with the worms that were used for fishing! Of course she did...this is Tinker!!!
Lily and Tyler were best buddies on the trip!
KAYAKING and PADDLE BOATS
I wanted to Kayak too! It was fun and I think I surprised my hubby by getting in there!!!
This was probably one of Aidan's favorite things on vacation! He loved that he could kayak all by himself! He was actually really good at it and had the rowing part of it down pat!
Tinker liked it too! She was able to do it by herself (because she was determined to try) but she  liked it better  when Matt or I went with her. Kayaking is really neat. I didn't know the kids would enjoy it so much!
