Spring break ended with a Bang!

The final days of my spring break ended with a bang. We headed to Cape for Ella's birthday! She is 7...I can't believe it! The kids had a blast and then we headed back to St. Louis for Colin's baptism. My camera ran out of batteries so I have no pics of baby Colin. Hopefully I can get a few.

A wonderful start to Spring Break!

I have enjoyed this spring break so much! The weather has been amazing and we have gotten to spend so much time together as a family...it has been great. We are 4 for 4 for going to the park....that is...4 days in a row. The kids have just loved playing outside! We have actually rode bikes, played in the sand box, gotten out some sidewalk chalk, and enjoyed lots of time outside!

Nana bought this dress for Lily and she has worn it 3 days in a row....she loves it! Thank goodness the weather has been warm!

Aidan has been learning how to pump.....he is getting the hang of it!

The kids look so big riding their bikes to the park.....BUT...they still need their daddy to help them up the hills and to cross the street!

This makes me laugh because this will be Matt's job for a while...nobody likes big hills!

Register Aidan for Kindergarten....check! (OMG...I can't believe he is going to be in Kindergarten!)

Register Tinker for Pre-school.....check! (My Tinker is sooo excited to go to "BIG SCHOOL")
Schedule Anabelle 1 year check-up.....check! (I can't believe my baby is going to be 1....makes me a little sad!)
Schedule Aidan's physical for school...check!

I am really getting things done! Feeling good about it too!

A busy weekend!

We went home for Sam's birthday this weekend and it was very eventful. A trip to the hospital, a birthday party and lots of fun! The kids had a blast at Sam's birthday! I forgot my camera so I didn't get to take any pics. Matt was working all weekend so we made the trip by ourselves. Of course the kids cried when we had to leave.

My mom took Aidan to church. They had a conversation on the way to church that went something like this...

Aidan: Nana, did you know that god is invisible?
Nana: Well, God is everywhere...that is true.
Aidan: No Nana, I am pretty sure he is invisible. I say a prayer at school where I put my hand over my heart and say, "I pledge allegiance to flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, God is invisible.....
Nana (laughing): Well buddy, I guess your right.

Of course the other two love the swings as well!!!! One thing on my to do list this summer is to teach these two how to pump. Mama got a work out!

Last week the weather was so nice that I took the kids to the park a few days after school. They loved getting outside and running around. This was our official first trip to the park in a looong time!
