My whole family came up and we headed to the Drury Hotel!!! (Matt was off too so it was perfect!) We checked in and the kids got to go swimming with their cousins...which was a big hit! Then we headed down to the lobby for free appetizers and drinks!!!! It was amazing! The kids got chicken fingers, nachos, chips, etc. It was nice to fill our bellies before we headed to the game! Then we took the Metrolink to the game. (I am not joking when I say that the kids love it!) The Cardinals faced the Yankees and this is Derek Jeter's last year so we were all excited!!!! Our seats were amazing! We stayed all 9 innings. My mom brought a bunch of candy and waters so the kids were all set. (We did not order one thing from the concessions....well minus beer!) The kids all brought their gloves to catch a ball!!!! The Cardinals won and we headed back to the hotel. We stayed up visiting and chatting it up! It was such a good time! SO MUCH FUN!!!!
