Field Day

I was extremely excited that I had the chance to go to Aidan's field day.  It was a great afternoon. The weather was perfect, I got to see my little buddy in action with his friends and I even read a book to his class!

Happy Mother's Day!

We went to Stir Crazy for Mother's Day. We ate outside, had some drink and the kids used chopsticks for the 1st time!  They thought the restaurant was really neat and I didn't have to cook..so it was great!

~JUST BECAUSE~

This is Anabelle who was crying because she didn't want me to take her picture. But she is obsessed with shoes! Aidan left his baseball cleats out and look who put them on this morning....along with his hat. I just had to run and get my camera. SO stinkin cute!
However, one minute later we were playing peek-a-boo and she was happy again. Oh, this makes me smile in the morning!

Mother's Day Lunch!

I had a special day with my Tinker. She had a Mother's Day Lunch at her school! It was so cute. We ate hot dogs on a blanket and then she sang a little song. After that, we headed home and Tinker and I spent the afternoon together! We had a picnic ourselves with some treats, read books, and I watched Tinker ride her bike!!! It was a great day spent together!

Baseball has begun!

It is my favorite time of the year......baseball season!!!!

~NO TRAINING WHEELS~

Tinker did it! She said she wanted to learn to ride a bike without training wheels and she did! I tried to explain to her that Aidan was 5 before he could ride a "2 wheel" bike by himself but she just wouldn't hear of it! She would fall down---get back up---cry--fall down--get back up--cry. Matt and I would would tell her that it is ok and was determined! She is 100% riding like a pro! I say it all the time...Lily is the bravest girl I know. She has the most dynamic personality and she is not afraid of anything!  She just amazes me!!!
