~Special Surprise~

 At St. Joe, it is tradition that the kids all dress up in their "Christmas Best" on the last day of school before break. (They looked so darn cute!) They go to church and then have their Christmas Party! I surprised the kids by taking the day off and coming to spend the morning with them at their school! They each were thrilled when they saw me in their classroom! I don't get to do it often so it was pretty special for me too!

Anabelle's Christmas Concert!

 Anabelle had her very first Christmas Concert this year! She sand 2 Christmas songs on stage! She was soooo cute!  Aidan and Lily were so proud of her!

Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

 This was the perfect snow! The kids were so excited that it finally snowed that I knew as soon as we woke up ...it wouldn't be long until we were out playing in it!  All the kids in the neighborhood were out!  They made a fort, had snowball fights, made a snowman and did some sledding! They were outside for almost 4 hours. On a side note....Matt had called and asked me to tell Aidan that he needed his help shoveling the driveway.  Well, Aidan took that so very seriously and shoveled the drive for over an hour. He couldn't wait for his dad to come home and see all his hard work! It was the cutest thing!!!!!  It was a fun day! Who doesn't love to play in the snow!!!!!!

Hunting with Dad!

Aidan and Matt went to the farm the week before Thanksgiving to do a little deer hunting. Aidan is really getting into the hunting thing! No deer but the boys had a blast!

Santa and a Reindeer!!!!!

 We took some time out to go see Santa and his reindeer!!!!! Anabelle surprisingly hopped right up on Santa's lap!  The kids all told Santa what they wanted.....on the list was a Kindle Fire, 3DS and a Leap Pad!

DATE!

Lily and I had a special date at a wedding shower! It was just the 2 of us for a nice, fancy lunch!

First Reconciliation

December was a very busy month for our family! Not only did we have the usual Christmas stuff but Aidan was also preparing for his First Reconciliation on December 5th!  It was a very special night and we were so proud of him!

Two special boys in my life went to a hockey game together! It was Aidan's first game ever! They had a blast and got to spend some quality time together!  They sure looked cute!

Party Time!!!!

 It was a swimming party for Lily Claire this year! She invited all the kindergarten girls in her class to a swimming party at the Renaud Center in O'Fallon! This center was so cool. There was an indoor little water park, a big slide, a lazy river, and the water was heated!  It was a lot of fun!!!! I see many more swimming parties in our future!
